Roles that match the work
Four roles, from platform admin to viewer. Sensitive actions, such as applying changes, are admin-only.
User management
Create users, change roles and remove members. WiseOne will not let you remove the last admin.
Access requests
Approve or reject requests to join from a single queue.
Session security
A cap on concurrent sessions, idle timeouts, signing out of your own sessions, and removed members locked out at once.
Sign-in history and audit log
Every sign-in, and every change to users, devices, portals and certificates, recorded and searchable.
Isolation in the database
